Cacha Chile Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 9, 2026 · Developer: SVM Dev Studio (SVM Development SpA), Chile · Contact: [email protected]
At Cacha Chile we take the privacy and security of our users seriously. This policy describes how information is collected, used and protected when you use the iOS app.
1. Core principle
Cacha Chile does not require user accounts, does not ask for names, email addresses, phone numbers or passwords, and does not collect data that directly identifies you. The app is built on privacy by design and works fully offline on your device.
2. Information stored on your device
To provide its game features, the app stores only the following in your iPhone's secure local storage (Application Support):
- Game statistics: games played, correct and incorrect answers, and accuracy per category.
- Daily Challenge streaks: date of the last completed challenge, scores, and current and best streak.
- User preferences: sound effects, haptic feedback and whether the welcome tutorial was completed.
- Recent questions: anonymous identifiers of questions seen in Free Mode, to avoid short-term repeats.
None of this data is sent to external servers or leaves your iPhone. If you uninstall the app or tap "Restablecer datos" (Reset data) in Settings, it is deleted completely.
3. Third-party services and advertising
A. Google AdMob and ad networks
The free version may show ads through Google AdMob.
- Google AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as the IDFA, if you allow it through App Tracking Transparency), IP address and technical diagnostic data to deliver ads and prevent fraud.
- Consent: the app uses Google's official User Messaging Platform (UMP) to ask for and respect your ad consent choices.
- Non-personalized ads: if you do not consent to personalized ads, only contextual, non-targeted ads are shown.
B. In-app purchases (Apple StoreKit 2)
If you buy "Quitar Anuncios" (Remove Ads):
- The transaction is processed entirely by Apple Inc. through StoreKit.
- We have no access to your payment details, cards or financial information.
- Apple only gives the app an anonymous, local cryptographic receipt (
Transaction) to unlock the ad-free experience.
4. Your rights and applicable law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile, in particular Law No. 19.628 on the Protection of Private Life, and by Apple's App Store privacy guidelines.
- You can reset your stats and local data at any time from Settings.
- You can manage advertising and tracking preferences in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- You can permanently remove ads with the one-time in-app purchase.
